Return & Refund Policy

At Upper Dolpa, we take great pride in offering premium quality Himalayan Shilajit and herbal wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products (health and wellness consumables), we do not accept returns for opened or used items due to safety and hygiene reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@upperdolpa.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem (e.g. damaged item or wrong product)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or discounted bulk orders


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at info@upperdolpa.com.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@upperdolpa.com.
