  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (Nepal):

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on your location
